Questions about this service
Which is better, Claude or ChatGPT?
Both are excellent. I usually recommend based on the task, cost and your existing accounts. Claude is very strong at following instructions and long documents; OpenAI has a wide ecosystem. I can build so switching later is easy.
How much does running AI cost?
For a typical website assistant, monthly API costs are usually small, and I add limits so there are no surprise bills. You get an estimate based on your expected traffic before we build.
Is my data safe?
API keys stay on the server, and only the content you approve is sent to the AI provider. Both Anthropic and OpenAI offer business terms that don’t use API data for training by default.
